    I get bad sickness, dizziness, cramps and general lathargy when I’m on my period and am a bit worried about doing my actual GCSEs on the first couple days of my period any advice?

    Have you talked to your GP to find out why you feel this way?

    Try taking some vitamins, they might help reduce the pain.

    I haven’t spoken to my GP about this because I thought these are just general symptoms that a lot of people have but I might now Thank you

    I’m already taking multi vitamins and vitamin d which I am deficient in but thank you

    Definitely speak too your GP, they are common symptoms of a period but just explain that it effects your daily routine and when it comes to your GCSEs there too important too not concentrate on or even miss out on. The doctor will be able to give advice. Good Luck.
