I’m doing my grade 6 ballet exam (RAD) in a few weeks and I’m flexible and have good technique but don’t have the strength to sustain speed and technique and to get my legs up high on things like devloppés (ignore my spelling there) even though I’m very flexible. Any leg eccersises that may help?

As long as you maintain good technique (turn out etc) the examiners won't give you any extra marks for height of legs. It's better to maintain good technique and posture and have a lower leg than have a high leg with no technique. Good luck
