    I was born in Scotland my dad is scottish my mum English however when I was 5 I moved to England with my mum so can i go to a Scottish University for free now because I had lived there for 5 years ( I am now 16)???

    No. You would have to be classified as a Scottish resident and you have lived in England for the last 11 years.

    Scottish residents pay no tuition fees.
