I do an activity everyday besides 1, and its starting to affect me. I feel constantly tired and stressed. my parents have noticed and its starting to sightly affect my grades, which is annoying given my high targets of 8s and 9s.

I told my mum I want to quit air cadets as it takes up too much time (6:30-10:00 on monday and friday) but she said i cant quit.
    what should I do?

You’ll be fine. I used to go rugby and football everyday on weekdays. So I revised for my GCSEs on weekends until exam season ( in May) I revised 3 days on weekdays and all of weekend. Ended up with 4A* 5A

You could try and persuade them to let you drop cadets to once a week, I was planning on doing that during exams (sea cadets) and found that only going on the Monday gave me a lot more time to get stuff done whilst still getting to relax.
Cadets and other activities are good but they aren’t worth causing yourself to burn out. Don’t drop too much though as you need to have activities to relax and not stress over exams, (or at least stress with people other than school friends!)
