I have applied for medicine and still have 1 interview left, but no offers, I have been offered other degrees, including:

BSc Cellular and Molecular Medicine (B130),
BSc Cancer Biology and Immunology (B131),
    BSc Medical Microbiology (C521),
    BSc Virology and Immunology (C540),
    BSc Physiological Science (B120),
    BSc Pharmacology (B210),
    BSc Applied Anatomy (B112),
    BSc Chemistry (F100),
    BSc Biology (C100) ,

What would be the best degree for job prospects, including a decent salary?

Don't think your job prospects will differ very much actually regardless of which one you pick. Chemistry will of course open up slightly different options than the bio/biomedicine ones. I'd say go with the one that looks the most interesting to you. You have applied for medicine, so you must have some area of medicine you find more interesting. If it's oncology, consider B131, if it's anatomy then B112 - and so on.
