    Hi Anonymous,

A maintenance loan is not available for part time courses that started before August 1,2018

Part time students can apply for income related benefits if they're on a low income and meet certain conditions.
You should ask your Jobcentre Plus or your local authority's Housing Benefit section how this will specifically affect your benefits. More information can be obtained from www.gov.uk/benefits-calculators.Regards Rona

If you are struggling with funds you should also speak to your university for bursaries or loans, they should have hardship funds also.
