Hello there, so I'd like to know how you guys recover from awkward/embarrassing moments in front of other people.
I dropped a tray of food today, in front of quite a large number of people, and I kind of didn't care about it at first and just went and got some more.
But, I hate these lingering thoughts I get afterwards and having to recall the moment, and just regretting it. I mean I do seem to be improving (hopefully) considering that if this was the last year version of me, I would just go red and not know what to do at all.

How do you guys deal with doing something awkward/cringe-worthy/embarrassing, and just think of it as nothing to worry about?

Distract myself with other things, also take deep breaths and clear the mind.
