I have no idea how I look, sometimes I look pretty, sometimes ugly I just don't know what is true anymore but I am pretty sure I am ugly. I need help because I've attempted suicide multiple times because of this and failed. I just feel worthless. Every time I look in the mirror I see a different person. This is driving me crazy. My parents suspect that there's something wrong with me but I just can't tell them. I am afraid they'll commit me to a mental hospital.

Go to your GP. There's a condition called body dysmorphia, where you view your body differently to how it actually is, which can cause depression etc. Please go to your GP and get help. CBT could be an option for you to help you recover. Most importantly, please tell someone you trust.
