Self-concious about my body at the beach

In a month or so, I, along with some of my friends and other students, are going on a school trip. On one of the days, we will be going to a beach. However, I am uncomfortable with my body size (I am a boy by the way), especially if I take off my shirt. I know that my friends will encourage me to come and swim with them, and I don't exactly want to wear a shirt into the water as it will be really hot and not very comfortable. What should I do? I want to enjoy it and not worry about my size but I don't want to get judged by some of the people as I am quite fat.
Why would you go to a beach in England and take off your shirt in March?
just accept yourself and stop letting other people define your life.

The trip isn't in England, it's abroad.
you do know you're indirectly insulting other people in similar state?I know a hefty guy who takes pride in his body and I tell ya, he ain't got muscles(except his legs maybe).

Not to be blunt, but tshirt or not they already know your body size.

Most people are very body conscious as teenagers, you definitely won’t be the only person stressing about this! Weigh up the pros and cons, do whatever you feel most comfortable with. Confidence is what you should pack instead of a swimming tshirt imo
