How much revision did everyone do for mocks and what was your average grade?

I revised a lot and my average was a 6 and wanted to know how others did

I did some revision but definitely would have done better if I’d started earlier (i started revising a couple of weeks before I guess, I can’t remember exactly)

I got:
English literature - 6
English language - 8
Maths - 5
Combined science - 55
German - 5
Sociology - C
Business - B
Geography - 4
RE - 2

Definitely a mixed set of results I suppose, I need to work on RE in particular
Best of luck in your exams!

Honestly the reason I got so low in RE is because when I was revising for my mocks it was way too late to spend lots of time with each subject, so I had to prioritise and RE wasn’t my priority - I think it’s a subject where I can bring my grade up without too much difficulty though so it’s all good I guess

I did okay I guess.

English Literature - 7
English Language - 6
History - 7
Geography - 6
Maths - 4
Biology - 7
Chemistry - 4
Physics - 5
German - U
French - 9
Music Technology - Merit

Generally with enough revision, most people can jump up at least 2 grades by May/June.

GCSE
8s in maths, biology, English language and physics. 7s in computer science and chemistry. A in electronics. 6s in German and geography. 5 in English literature.

I didn't bother to revise for Maths, Biology paper 1 and English language. I read through the entire textbook for the rest of the sciences, biology paper 2 and computer science. I made notes on the case studies for geography. Did 1 parctuce test for electronics. Revised some vocab and phrases for German. Memorised quotes for English literature. This is for cramming

I revise in general so you should probably keep that in mind.
