I'm considering going to Birkbeck for History of Art (full time undergrad course starting Oct 2018). I know that the majority of students there are mature, but I was wondering if anyone knows on average how many under 25s will be at the uni/on my specific course this year.

Is it easy to make friends through societies and accommodation, or will I be lonely for 3 years? The course structure seems perfect for me but the loneliness aspect is the only thing putting me off.

Hi. I am also thinking of going to Birkbeck to study History of Art. However, I am a mature student but love a good night out!! I am currently a social worker but thinking of a drastic career change. Might see you in September!
