What does it mean if your BF/GF doesn’t ask you to go out and spend the Valentines Day together?

    Honestly, nothing.
They probably don’t care that much about it or think it’s just an overpriced pointless event.
Luckily my boyfriend and me spoke about it and both mutually agreed to just be happy on the day but not do anything.

If you’re upset because they haven’t asked or mentioned it, talk to them about it and see their opinions.

Maybe they don't believe that it's important to treat you amazingly just for one day. They probably think that you should treat you like that everyday. Or they could have an amazing surprise for you.

I’d mention it before, just say to them ‘hey, just as it’s coming up I was wondering what you think about Valentine’s Day?” And he/she will either get the hint or just come out with it :-)
