Will doing good at masters help someone with a 2:2 undergrad?

Hello,
Ive a 2:2 in my bachelors (business), but im planning to do a masters and unlike my bachelors i ll give my 100% to it. So if i manage to get good grades in masters will that help in anyway when applying for a job. I mean will that cover for my 2:2 bachelors result? Help please.

It really depends what your desired goal would be. Generally employers look at your highest level of education (so in your case, it'd be an MBA), but some might still notice your 2.2 and ask about that at interview.

Of course it does also open up the path for further postgrad study if you so chose, since a good Masters result generally does lift a lower degree result.

Accounting I've heard is a pretty competitive industry, so I don't know if things like your alma mater, UG result etc matter - but no, I imagine a strong MSc result would help you  Not exactly my subject area though so I could be slightly wrong, so obviously research it and stuff.
Thanks it helped alot

MBA isn't great unless you already have 3 years professional experience already minimum.

Depends what OP is looking for, big firm graduate scheme or small firm - finance assistant/accounts assistant and work their way up from that. I would advise them to get work experience as it makes up for a 2,2. After a few years no one will care about their 2,2 on their CV if they have work experience.
You'll still have a 2.2.

Doing a Masters is not a 'BSc/BA resit', nor does it cancel-out a weak result at first degree level. You cant use a Masters degree to 'redo' your first degree because you didnt work hard enough. And, being really honest, if you couldn't cope with a first degree then a Masters degree will probably be beyond your ability right now. Most UK Unis wont allow you to do a Masters with anything below 2.1.

So, you have the choice of working hard at a lower level job, and working your way up to a higher level that way, or then doing a Masters in a very specialised area (building on your then existing work experience) to qualify with a specialised skill.
