How can you deal with problems
Depends on what they are. Possible options include:

    1. Chunking it into smaller problems

    2. Seeking support from someone else

Depends what they are. I'll use me and my problems as an example.. most of my problems come from overthinking and worrying about what might of happened/ could happen. The only way I can let it go is to talk to someone, because I can't rationalise myself and by trying to think things through just makes it worse. So yeah talk to somebody. And if it's a real situation that you have to deal with, just deal with it but seek advice from others on how to sort it. Don't let it go on for too long!!! And don't let worry about the problem get in the way of sorting it. Best of luck and i hope you feel better!!
