How do you do b)? I've done a) and it's 7.72x10^-20 J for E1, 3.1x10^-19 J for E2 and 6.9x10^-19 J for E3.

How much energy does the electron need to gain to go from lowest to highest level?
Then the photon it absorbs must have that energy and so you can calculate its frequency and wavelength from E=hf.
