I have recently applied to HSBC Work Experience. Got past the online assessment. Got a telephone rescheduled to a later date. I'm so nervous.

Anyone had the telephone interview and what did they ask you?

I currently work for HSBC. My best advice is to stay calm and dont be nervous. The person interviewing you will ask you some competency based questions (lots of examples can be found on google) based around the role and some of its responsibilities eg tell me about a time when you went the extra mile to satisfy a customer? tell us about a time when you dealt with someone difficult.

    Use the SAR technique.

They may also ask you about any relevant experiences and they'll see if you have any insight into to the relevant roles/industry.

You haven't provided much information regarding the role you've applied for so I can't help you further but best of luck and hope you succeed.
