Looking to pursue career in cancer research and have had offers from UCL and King’s College London for BSc in Cancer biomedicine and biomedical science respectively. Not sure which offer to accept - ucl is higher in league tables but website says there are no practicals in the first year which is a bit worrying. Also had an offer from Bristol for cancer biology and immunology. Any advice much appreciated.

I would suggest that you ring up and ask https://www.icr.ac.uk/studying-at-th...ence-graduates

You have a specific career in mind so getting some advice on which course will provide the best preparation for the specific type of PhD you will want to go on to would be more useful than anything anyone on TSR can give you.

I would also ask each university directly about how many graduates from the course go on to a PhD.

Out of interest what subjects are doing and what are your predicted grades, if it’s alright to ask?

Oh wow same subjects as me!
I wouldn’t worry about league tables and focus on what makes you happier as KCL UCL and Bristol are all high ranking universities and ranking might change between now and graduating from university.
