English Language Paper One watch

    • Thread Starter

Evening everyone! I’m due to sit my Year 10 GCSE English mocks on the 19th of March, with my English language paper one being the first exam. In my last set of exams I achieved a grade 7, one mark off of an 8. This exam didn’t include question 5, the descriptive writing question. When I was younger, I used to enjoy writing & was fairly decent at it, until I got older and other subjects took over the free time I had ( excessive revision! ) Would anyone be able to suggest any tips on being able to achieve a high mark on my question 5? I know it’s out of 40, with 16 for technical accuracy and 24 for the content itself ( I think, don’t hold me on that )
    Thank you in advance!X
