    Hey
I'm really struggling with my mental health at the moment. I struggle with anxiety, possibly depression. I don't know how much I can cope anymore. I have been trying to hard to keep on top of my mental health but nothing ever seems to be good enough.

I just don't feel as though i'm so worthless, I just feel as though everything is my fault. My mental health has been bad for the past 1.5 years but it's been keeping me awake for the past 2 months, i've lost my appetite, I just feel as though what's the point anymore?

This is the first time I have opened up about my mental health.

    Can anyone help?

Have you considered seeing a doctor? You don't need to struggle alone, especially for a year and a half. The symptoms you've desribed sound a lot like depression. Are you at university? Could you see a counselor there or some schools have them too. But I really do think your GP should be your first point of call.

I know how you feel, trust me. But I saw the light at the end of the tunnel and I’m doing so much better now. The important things to remember are that you’re not alone, and that you and your life is so valuable. I’d be happy to talk to you about your feelings or give you advice, so PM me if you’d like. You made the right step by opening up though, I know how difficult it can be.
    Best of luck x

If this is depression, it should be treated. Depression is well treated by combination of medicines and psychotherapy. You could talk to you GP about this. Go and seek help. Our life is short, enjoy every moment of it!
