The question says 'The area of a circle is given at 132cm, correct to 3 significant figures. Find the radius of the circle to an appropriate degree of accuracy...' and the LB is 6.46... and the UB is 6.49... I know how to calculate it, but not what value to put in to get these two bounds.

The LB of 132 to 3 s.f would be 131.5 and the UB would be 132.5! I hope this helps you answer the question :yep:
