    I know the GCSE'S are now 3 months away but I am begining to feel some really bad exam stress. I can't even sleep properly and I dont know what to do. I am predicted good grades but I am scared. Please give some advice on what to do.

    Hey there! I know it’s easy for me to say but you should relax - make sure not to overdo the revision and maybe give yourself allocated times to do things you enjoy. Also, if you haven’t already done so, talk to your friends about it! Maybe you’ll find that they’re also as nervous as you and sometimes, that can be a source of comfort (as twisted as that sounds lmao). Also maybe try using sleeping help/meditation/mindfulness apps? I find meditating to be really helpful with calming down and maybe this could work for you too! Good luck for your GCSEs!
