fat percentage : around 13%
Age : 17
so today i worked my ass off at the gym(Full body workout), i consumed the right amount of carbs etc but i have not consumed enough protein. I have only consumed around 70g of protein and i can not have anymore food for today i really cant, i would feel sick if i did.
My question is will an higher amount of protein tomorrow help my muscles maintain the and grow bigger to make up for the protein i missed today ?
What are the downsides?
