Hello,
I'm a first year genetics student at Qmul and since I've begun my studies I've developed a great interest in chemistry throughout some of my modules. I know that it might be very superficial chemistry but I've also had a look at some online lectures for year 1 chemistry and I'm really interested in it.
Now I feel like changing my degree course but since I don't meet the a level requirements (didn't do a level chemistry)for a direct entry to Chemistry I was thinking of transferring to a foundation year (which my uni offers ) for Chemistry. I do meet the a level requirements for that course.
I guess the question that I have is, how hard will it be ? and should I even consider transferring or will not having a level chemistry be too much of a drawback for me ? (Btw, I did AS chemistry and got an A in it)
