So we have started with our group 4 project and our topic is Sports sciences. My group has decided to take marathon for a specific sport but the problem is in the biology part. I've decided to check the amount of oxygen needed in order to avoid muscle cramps by having less amount of lactate acid in the body. So another group is growing yeast for their experiment and I've decided to use secondary data along with experimenting on the amount of lactate acid in the yeast. Now the problem that occurs is, I do not know how I will need to experiment. Can anyone suggest an experiment to understand how I can experiment on yeast and its lactate acid?
