Heres a list I have found of the best universities ranked for English Language in London -> https://www.thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk/league-tables/rankings?r=London&s=english

However, it is best to check the course guide rather than choosing a highly ranked university as all uni's have very different module guides and some are more appealing than others. Uni's also differ in examination as I did English Literature at Queen Mary and it was 100% coursework based whereas my friend did English Literature at Kings University and her course was heavily examination based, so it really just depends on your preference.
