Student loan entitlement i

Hi am a spouse to an EEA member who has being exercising his treaty in the uk I hold a Nigerian passport and have lived in the Uk for 5 yrs and my 5 yrs resident permit will be due by March so am submitting my passport for my RC before March I have being offered admission already for September am wondering how will I apply for the student finance while my documents will still be in the home office
