I'm a doctoral student looking for adults (18+) who are interested in receiving a health/lifestyle intervention. All you'll need to do is complete 5/10 mins worth of questionnaires now and in 4 weeks time. The intervention itself is psychological in nature and is designed to motivate you to create and achieve your own goals. Ideal if you're looking to start a new diet or go the gym more!
If that isn't enough, I'll also try and complete your study in exchange.
