I like drinking a cup of strong tea; if I'm really upset then I bring out the Yorkshire tea if it's only a little setback I stick to garbage American tea. It's so relaxing to sit back with some tea, maybe some music - The Velvet Underground goes especially well with relax-tea.

When they're open, I really love taking my dog round to the shooting ranges near where I live, and just exploring them.
Sadly, the army are often there during the holidays and stuff, but when they're free, it's the greatest thing
There's so many paths that you can follow, and the views are beautiful, especially on a clear day
Also, it means I get more steps on my fitbit than my sister

then I get home and make myself a cup of peppermint tea before doing nothing for the rest of the day

and that is how you do it lads

Swimming, dancing (ballet, zumba, normal crazy dancing), drawing, mountain-biking, family cycling. Even though these examples seem like hobbies they can help for you to be more free and creative in whatever you do.

I'm very late... replying now to all the golden threads
I absolutely LOVE singing at the top of my voice to anything and everything that I like (please use earplugs ) although walking with music in does get me in a good mood too (the only disadvantage of that being I don't want to draw attention to myself and therefore will not sing at the top of my voice)
I could exercise but generally, doing the exercise makes me feel like dying although cooling down isn't too bad.
Ooh. and EATING!!! That's the absolute bane of my life and is why I'm not particularly healthy

Like most here, I like listening to music, but I only sing when I'm alone in the house. I usually have a cup of tea, read/watch something interesting and try to write a bit. Or I hit one of my friends up on WhatsApp and we do a music exchange or start an interesting conversation.
