Hey guys, so recently my forehead has felt quite itchy, to the point that I need to scratch and rub my forehead and I looked at the mirror this morning and I have like small dark scab marks.

Any thoughts to why this could be? Or how my forehead felt itchy in the first place?
I usually just get spots when I eat sugary treats

I would pop into a pharmacy and see what they say. You might also like to take pictures of it and go see your GP to discuss this and the reaction you get with sugar. May be you have some form of allergy/ sensitivity.

An antihistamine should help reduce the itching.

Could be due to eating too much oily foods like takeaways and stuff
That usually causes spots and irritation
