    With Mother's Day coming up I am making her a little food parcel and will send by post.
    She loves chocolate and sweets, but she is on a health kick and has lost 12lbs in two weeks!

    So what could I put in the food parcel that is still a treat, but healthier than chocolate or other sweets?

    Nuts, seeds, a longer lasting fruit.
