Please confirm your course details with your university or college.' and i just checked my offers and all my emails and its 100% year 1. yet no matter how much i try it keeps coming up with this... sigh. any ideas?

    Hi Brandon,

Just need to ask you a few questions.

    What course are you doing?
    What University?
    How long is the course?

    Thanks

    Hi Brandon,

Student Finance and universities use a database, the Universities put all the eligible course details in there and Student Finance can use this to check the details when you're applying.

I've checked that course on the database, and year 1 is showing 'No Students', this normally means the course can't get funding for that year.

All other years are showing as available so there's a good chance it's just an error. I'd recommend contacting the university and letting them know this, if it's supposed to show as eligible for funding, they can simply update that and you'll be able to continue with your application.

    I hope this information helps.

    Kind regards,

    John.
