    Hey,

so I wanted some advice. I got a lecture from my older sis saying "LETS MAKE THIS CLEAR, I DONT WANT YOU TO TALK ABOUT MOVING SCHOOLS AGAIN BECAUSE ITS NOT THE SCHOOL THATS THE PROBLEM ITS YOU. AND YOU KEEP SAYING YOU WANNA DO WELL BUT RIGHT NOW YOUR NOT SHOWING IT BECAUSE OF YOUR BEHAVIOUR AND ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS. SOMETIMES IM WONDERING IF YOU ACTUALLY DESERVE THIS AND IF YOUR WORTH THE MONEY BECAUSE IF YOUR NOT GOING TO SHOW THAT YOU WANT IT, I WONT PAY!"

smh, i really dont need this in my ears for 2 hrs a week.

I have been wanting to move to this private school for literally since year 7 and my sis says its not worth it for gcse and she wants me to go to some other one for A level because they can make your grades REALLY high and she went there for her last year of A level because she wanted to get out of the sh*tty grammar school she was in.

Does anyone have any advice for what to do?

Unfortunately places can’t ‘make’ your grades high. Good teaching is important but hard work is most of the battle. Never go to a school expecting for them to give you the good grades. You have to work for that and you could do that at pretty much any school.
