I have applied for various University so that I can study Biomedical Science w/ Foundation this school year (2018-2019). However, I am classed as an international student because of my current visa (PBS dependant). I've lived in the UK for 3 years (came here August 2014). Is there a chance I could be classed as a home student? I might not be able to get my ILR this year since I might have to wait for another 6 years (10 year route) and I really want to study. Hope someone can answer my question.

I know it isn't settled. However, I'm just wondering whether I can have a home student fee even if I can't get any loan for the years I'm studying. Since I've been here for nearly 4 years with my mom who's been here for almost 10 years and with my brother who's been here for 5 years.
