I recently finished university in London and have moved back in with my parents in a tiny village in the middle of nowhere as I can no longer afford to live in the city. I work full time as a waiter (50 hours a week) to pay off my overdrafts, loans etc. I cannot drive so rely on the bus (1 an hour) and my parents for a lift to work.
I was doing dance at university, and am struggling to find the time to stay fit and carry on building muscle as I was at uni.
I can afford to go to the gym I just physically do not have a way of getting there and back around my work schedule.
It’s very frustrating as I was making so much progress and now Im stuck

Get some dumbbells and/or kettlebells, you’d be surprised how much you can do with em. It’ll give your postman a workout as well
Failing that, could look into calisthenics
