Hi, I’m planning to apply for a tuition + maintenance loan as a child of a migrant worker through SFE, as both my parents live and work in England. I have to apply with the PN1 form, but can I do that through the SFE website online or do I have to print out the form and send it? Also, as I must state my UK residency status, should I apply as a EU national or as a ‘family member’ of an EEA/Swiss national? Both apply to me

    Thanks in advance
