I find it really hard to revise for my upcoming exams, I mean it's not because I'm lazy it's simply because I don't know how to... I would be REALLY grateful if anyone could give me a tip or two on how I can revise "Efficiently" for my exams.

I'm not sure if people have different ways of revising for each subject but as my GCSE's I do: English, Maths, Triple Science, Spanish, Computer Science, Geography, and Citizenship.

I suggest start early, so in the weeks or days coming up to the exams you are revising not learning new information. Male flash cards, stick sticky notes round you bedroom with information or key quotes for english, so you constantly see them. For English I use mr bruff, he really helps me. Maths and science you must do papers, learn the knowledge and make sure you can apply it. Geography I got revision guides and went over key pieces of information, I did exam questions a lot. For spanish i use apps like duolingo, watch movies in spanish with subtitles. Hope this advice helped, sorry I do not do computer science or citizenship.
