I’m 17 and currently studying my last year of my A levels and retaking my maths gcse. I get one day off a week and I not only work in the business but I also babysit my bosses children. I need the money but as someone who potentially wants to go onto uni, i know realistically I shouldn’t be working this much if I want to achieve that. Can anyone give me advice on what I should do? I’m worried if I cut down my hours too much they’ll just end up dropping me and I can’t afford to not be earning money as I pay for everything I need. Help?

How many hours are you actually doing and how many do you actually need to do for the money? They can't just get rid of you for asking to drop your hours down (whether that's even allowed will depend on your contract, hopefully you have one), as that would count as unfair dismissal.
