    Also have some good revision books plus practice and more practice of exams an understanding the mark schemes.

    At some staged do timed exam questions to replicate what happens in the exam. A psychology essay isnt going to be much different from History, just a differnt subject atter. the approaxh is the same.

    If you get stuck on an area then look at youtube as there are often good short explanations.

    My final tip is dont pressurise yourself too much about grades, but do make a promise that you will try your best until the exams are over. Thats a promise you can keep. Keep reappraising your progress and plan so you know you are on target. If you get stuck then find the solution as quickly as possible.

    ps you are allowed a social life, just a small one so you dont go mad.
