I had an interview with the Civil Service for a HEO role in December. I haven't heard an outcome yet but a Personal Information Form has just been uploaded to my attachments in the application. I'm not sure what this means or if I have to fill it in and send it back? I have already emailed a couple of times to check the status of my application and I am unsure of how to proceed or if the attachment even requires any action from me/means anything?
What are your thoughts?
