    It sometimes helps me to write down everything on my mind, then put it next to my bed and tell myself it's there written down so I won't forget anything and can deal with it in the morning. Or, if this is more longterm, a visit to your GP is a good idea.

    Go to ur GP or get a counsellor. They may not help with the underlying cause but can help for the short-term
