Hi, just wandering how should I organise my maths folder into sections. Should it be split between the three papers or should it be split into each of the topics?

If you're doing GCSE, separate between statistics, calculator maths and non-calculator. If you're doing A level, divide the folder into C1, C2, C3, C4, M1, S1 etc. And put mocks/unit tests at the front of the folder.

I'm not sure about the calc/non-calc for GCSE since the vast majority of topics can be in both calc and non-calc exams.

But we do need more information from the OP to know what level they're up to in maths.
