Help with personal statement for Psychology Conversion Course watch

    • Thread Starter

    Hello everyone

I'm hoping someone might be able to help. I'm in the process of applying for a psychology conversion course and I am SO STUCK on my personal statement. I currently work with young people, some of whom have mental health difficulties, and this has helped me decide to pursue psychology, either clinical or counselling. I know the reason I want to apply, but I am suffering from writer's block and just cannot get these reasons into 4000 characters on paper.

I'm wondering if anyone else has applied for this course, and what sort of thing they focused on or based their personal statement on? I don't tend to struggle too much with this sort of thing, but I just cannot move forward!

Any help or advice would be hugely appreciated.

If you want help with a personal statement, I suggest you speak to people who know you and can help without making it seem rigid
