Would Universities accept international home-schooled applicants that have no IGCSE, but have 3A* in A-level and good SAT scores?
OR
IGCSE-(English & Chemistry C ,Mathematics & physics B) and in A-levels-3A*s and good SAT scores?

International applicants don't have to meet GCSE requirements.
But they may ask you to take IELTS or similar.
Which universities are you considering? Are they still accepting applications for the course you are interested in?
