Yeah, basically what the title says, I found out yesterday and I’m not sure what to do. Do I tell someone? Do I wait for her to stop and just give her support? Do I tell her parents? She’s already really skinny so I’m really worried about her

You need to tell someone. I know she’ll tell you not to but eating disorders are very serious. She’ll need help with her mental health and probably some physical health problems too due to the bulimia (it ruins your teeth, she’ll be malnourished etc).

She'll resent you for telling but this is her health that we're talking about and it shouldn't be put at risk. Encourage her to talk to her parents or a doctor if she feels uncomfortable admitting something so personal to family, research advice and send her links to websites specifically aimed at helping those with eating disorders. Always remind her that she's never alone regardless of how isolated she may feel.
