    Hi there,

I've submitted my SFE application and been asked to send off the signed declaration form. I have not been asked yet for any supporting evidence, however I have been living in the USA for the last 2.5 years to complete my PhD.

Having spoken to several SFE folks, I know I need to provide evidence that my break in residency was temporary- to this end I have several letters as well as copies of my temporary visas and associated paperwork. Should I just go ahead and send these in with my signed declaration and a cover letter explaining them?

    Thanks!

    Hi Missingphoton,

I just have a quick question in order to help you further there.

What course and qualification will you be studying?

    Thank you,

    John.

Hi John! A101 Graduate Entry Medicine.
    Hi Missingphoton,

Thank you so much for answering that.

You're absolutely correct, sending the evidence of the temporary break (temporary visas etc...) along with a cover letter just to briefly what they're form and your declaration is perfect.

    The address is:

    Student Finance England
    PO Box 210
    Darlington
    DL1 9HJ

    I hope this information helps.

    Kind regards,

    John.

Thanks so much John, I've sent everything to the address on the declaration form (marginally different to the one you've provided- PO306, DL1 9NU)- I presume everything will find the correct department?

    You're very welcome.

That's correct, the declaration can be scanned there but they'll send the other evidence to the correct department.

    Kind regards,

    John.
