Hi, on the 25th May I’ve got my English lit gcse exam, the night before I’ve got tickets to see ed Sheeran, I really really want to go (he’s my fav artist I LOVE HIM) I don’t know whether to go, or sell my tickets as I’ll be back quite late I’ll be prepared for it, it’s just I won’t have as much sleep as I would do if I stayed in, what do you think I should do??

Ed Sheeran isn't going anywhere...yet. You could always watch him after. Besides, why did you buy tickets knowing you had exams

Take this from someone who thought english literature 9-1 was gonna be an easy exam, so i watched plays and revised 3 poems instead of being serious. That exam is extremely intense. It is 30 marker after 30 marker followed by a unseen poem that examiners expect you to have a good understanding of within minutes. If you have revised enough for it, then it may be fine to go out and relax your mind. It's really your choice.

I bought them last year, before I knew when the exams were.

Im going to the exact same concert on the same day as you and I have my English lit exam the day after, and I am still going to the concert. I
am just going to revise that English Lit paper a little bit more than any of my other tests.
I was worried about going first as well, so I spoke with my English
teacher about it and she said you will have nothing to worry about as
long as you have done plenty of preperation.

I wouldn't go if I were you, even if it's gonna be very enjoyable, since it will likely have a fairly significant effect on your exam result.
