So applications for next year accommodations opened today, and I'm trying to get the down low on where I should live. I'll be a general course student, from the States if it matters.

Since I'm going into my third year and at this point am sick of dorms, I originally wanted something suite styled with my own room. However, I've heard that the crappier dorms nearer campus are the best places to meet people.

Is this true for all new students, or is it more just the scene for freshmen? Additionally - Are there any buildings General Course students usually drift toward? What about the intercollegiate halls, any thoughts on those?

    Thanks for any advice!

I'm a first year in Passfield Hall and we have a lot of general course students who all seem to be having a really good time.
