How strict are the progression requirements for 2nd year CS? I know you need a B3 for guaranteed entry and a C3 to even be considered.

Going off people grades in the first semester, unless everyone does great in the second - they'll likely be telling 50%+ of the class they can't progress? Is that standard? I had assumed a pass (D3) was enough to progress in any class but seems that's only enough to get the credits

Speaking to people in other subjects that seems about standard. 600 first year, 300 second year and then 150 get into 3yd year.
