    A couple of comments:

    * The question refers to two beads taken without replacement, so the third tier of the tree is not needed.

    * The individual probabilities look OK, but at the end of each second tier branch you should include the overall probability for the branch, which is (first tier prob) x (second tier prob) in each case. You should check that these add up to 1.
