    Hi,

I’m currently on my 2nd year of a L3 Extended Diploma in Development, Coaching and Fitness but I’m just wondering how many UCAS points can I achieve from this?

I believe we got told last year but I’ve forgot since then. I’m pretty sure I already got some from my first year, too.

There should be a minimum and a maximum amount of points I can get i.e. a certain amount from getting D*D*

The maximum points is 168 from D*D*D*, it's not just points that matters it ll be whether your subject is accepted for whatever you're applying for.

Okay thanks. Is that still the case if I’ve been given a conditional offer for a course?

The University (SHU) allowed me to change my choices from Sports to Business for 3 of them and they gave me 3 conditional offers for business, providing I get 112 UCAS points from A levels or equivalent BTEC Nationals.

It doesn’t say anything about having a relevant course (like it did for one of my sports courses) so I think I should be fine with that providing I get the UCAS points.

This has made worry thinking even if I do accept the offer, I won’t be able to get in due to my course.

Unless they've made a mistake, then since they haven't specified you just need the 112 points.

    Okay, thanks again

I doubt they have made a mistake as it only says I need 112-120 UCAS points for all 3 of the Business courses, and it said it for 2/3 is the Sports courses I applied for.
